  Please avoid at all costs. I have never had to deal with a worse mail service. Such rude service. It make me sad for anyone who has come across this post office. The post master is rude and demeans customers. The other staff looks like robots...im sure it's because they are scared to work for her. Take all these negative reviews seriously...too bad the government can't come in and help them out.

  I wish there was a way to give them no stars. I have been to this post office 2 times since I've moved to Minnesota and they were all terrible experiences. I have never seen customer service be so terrible. I have worked in customer service for 7 years now and would never let any of my employees treat a customer the way they do. The 1st time I visited this post office the horrible woman behind the counter literally told me to stand in the corner while she helped the customers behind me. WHO DOES THAT!? She seemed annoyed at the fact that I would dare to enter the post office and ask a question about sending a package. In my most recent visit, I walked in and the male worker didn't even ask what he could help me with. He looked up from the customer he was attending to and said "you have to leave immediately we are closed. Come back in 30 minutes." I did not realize that in order to work at a post office you needed to have an extensive background in being a horrible, inconsiderate, and offensive human being. I will no long use this post office, even though it is a 5 minute commute from my place of business. Work on your customer service skills Hamel Post office, or should I say learn the basics of customer service.
